When hiring a plumber, never overlook insurance and warranty!

When it comes to plumbing, there’s a lot that can go wrong. There are also a lot of parts you can replace — from valves and showerheads to faucets and toilets.

Trying to figure out what’s covered when your plumbing breaks is confusing enough without manufacturers changing their warranties every year or two. That’s why we offer a premium warranty on tapware and toilets — because it makes things easier for you. To ensure we’re always covering the right parts at the right time, we closely monitor changes in manufacturer warranties and update our policy accordingly.

We can provide warranties for all taps and toilets that we install, ask our friendly plumber for more information when they come and visit!

How it works

Here’s how our policies work:

Premium tapware warranty: If your tapware fails within three years after installation, you can claim a full refund or replacement under this warranty — up to $1,000 per item per event. The catch is that you have to be the original owner of your product and have it installed properly by a professional plumber (like us!).

The basic idea is to replace your plumbing part at no charge and forward the claim to the manufacturer for reimbursement. We also run a fully staffed onshore office to assist with customer support.

Hello Plumbing has built a reputation of reliability and trust within the industry. We are fully licensed under the Master Plumbers Association of NSW. To keep our license, we are required to provide every client with a guarantee as stipulated by the Department of Fair Trading.




We only offer quality products that are designed for Australian conditions. If a product is cheap, it is probably not good enough. If imported, it may not be best suited to our conditions.

Tests and inspections

All our installations are tested to ensure the highest quality. We also conduct checks during installation to ensure that everything is going according to plan.


Our work is always on time, and we are happy to give you a free quote and a time estimate before any work commences.
